I’M BACK!
Many apologies for not writing for many, many days. A month, that long, ooops. Yes, I know — many of you have probably given up on me by now. Unfortunately, a number of things have caught up with me over the past month, here’s just a few of them:
· Starting up a new business and new offices
· Contending with the calm veneer of a hormonal 17 year old sitting AS Levels (sorry babes)
· A particular job that took much, much longer to prepare than I had anticipated
· An unusual number of 1-2-1 coaching appointments
· Running my Boot Camp Fitness Sessions
· Too much time spent on writing my book
The excuses could go on and on.I restart my blog by apologising for not having contributed any new writings for over a month. This does not mean that it is not important to me. In fact blogging has come an area of my life that I truly feel is of paramount importance. Neither does it mean I’m not enjoying the challenge of writing articles that contribute to a healthy lifestyle community. The truth is I love doing it.
Anyway, a big thank you, to everyone for hanging around.
