		<description>Wow, you have some great ideas here.  I love the get up one hour early idea.  I'm a morning person and love exercising in the morning.  I usually wake up 30 minutes early, to stretch and get moving, but I think I'll consider adding an extra 30 minutes to that....................:)</description>
